About Lynne

I bring over 25 years of payroll experience, most notably from my time at a prominent bureau within a leading Chesterfield accounting firm, where I honed my skills before moving on to new ventures. My career began with managing accounts, VAT returns, tax filings, and small payrolls at a smaller firm. Over the years, I’ve adapted to the ever-changing landscape of payroll and pension legislation, tackling each new challenge with determination and expertise.

In 2020, I led a successful software transition for our clients while managing the complexities of furlough calculations and remote work during a pivotal time—working tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly. My career trajectory has taken me from Supervisor to Manager, Head of Department, and ultimately Operations Manager, with each role enhancing my expertise in payroll management and my ability to streamline operations for businesses.

A proud holder of a Foundation Degree in Payroll Management, I remain committed to continuous learning through regular training, ensuring I stay ahead of ever-evolving legislation. I’m particularly skilled in leveraging Microsoft Excel to optimize payroll processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.

In 2024, I took the leap to pursue my dream of launching Oasis Payroll Services Limited in January 2025. My mission is simple: to provide businesses with a hassle-free, reliable payroll solution that lets our clients focus on what they do best.

With extensive experience across various sectors, including NHS payrolls, I understand the unique needs of each client and tailor solutions accordingly. No payroll challenge is too big or small.

Outside of work, I’m a passionate football and Formula 1 fan and enjoy live comedy. At home, my four cats keep me entertained—and you might just catch one of them making an appearance during a video call!
