Your workforce must be assessed at each pay period. We will do the assessment for you and advise you of each outcome.
Communications for any employee who has changed category during the most recent assessment of the workforce will be provided.
Contributions will be deducted in line with your Auto Enrolment approved pension scheme and in line the regulations from The Pensions Regulator (TPR)
We will process any instructions from employees who have chosen to Opt-Out during their Opt-Out window and issue a refund of their contributions if applicable.
If any employee chooses not to contribute to the pension scheme and their Opt-Out window has closed, employees can Cease Membership and these will be processed at the next available payroll run. No refunds are applicable.
We will process any instructions from employees who have Opted-In to the pension scheme (where applicable)
We will upload the contributions data to your pension provider each month and advise how much is due.
Re Enrolment is due every 3 years where any employees who have Opted-Out or Ceased Membership must be enrolled back into the pension scheme. They can choose to Opt-Out again if they wish once the re enrolment has been completed.
A Declaration of Compliance must be completed within 5 months of the 3 year anniversary of your duties start date. The Declaration confirms you have met your legal duties.
